The Embassy of the Republic of Senegal was pleased to welcome a group of students from the African Affairs Think Tank of the University of Westminster, following their visit to the Embassy today in London.
The delegation was led by Mr. Carl-Tidiane Soumahoro, President of the African Affairs Think Tank, accompanied by fellow members of the society from the University of Westminster, whose campus is located at 309 Regent Street, London W1B 2HW, United Kingdom.
The meeting provided an excellent opportunity for an open and engaging exchange on Senegal’s perspectives on African affairs, regional cooperation, and the role of diplomacy in strengthening partnerships between African institutions and international academic communities. Discussions also explored possible avenues for future collaboration between the Embassy and student-led research initiatives.
The Embassy commends the students for their initiative and commitment to engage in thoughtful dialogue on African issues.
We thank Mr. Soumahoro and his colleagues for their visit and wish them every success in their academic and professional pursuits.
