The Embassy of Senegal congratulates the Senegalese Community Group in Leeds on receiving a Community Contribution Certificate from the Neighbourhood Matching Project in recognition of 570 hours of volunteer work supporting local communities.
The award recognises the group’s dedication to helping others, bringing people together and supporting residents across Leeds through community activities and volunteering. This achievement highlights the positive contribution of the Senegalese community to life in Leeds and the important role volunteers play in building stronger and more connected communities.
The Embassy thanks all the volunteers and community leaders involved for their hard work and commitment.
