Your New Passports Are Ready for Pickup in Holborn!

Passport Collection Information

We’re pleased to announce that new passports for applications submitted between October 2024 and March 2025 are now available for collection during opening hours at the Embassy 47 Bedford Row London WC1R 4LR from this week on all working days (excluding public holidays). Please share this with the Senegalese community.

Pick up options:

1. In Person:

   • The applicant must show the original passport application receipt or a clear screenshot of the receipt.

2. By Authorised Representative (Proxy):

   • If you are unable to collect your passport in person, you may authorise someone to collect it on your behalf.
   • The authorised person must show the following documents:
     • Their own valid identification document.
     • A signed and dated letter from the passport holder.
     • The passport holder’s original passport application receipt.

3. By Post:

   • This service is currently unavailable.
